Blue Fire Theatre invites audiences to experience the music, laughter, and touching true story behind one of country music’s most beloved voices when it presents “Always … Patsy Cline,” running Nov. 6-14 at the Yulee Lions Club.

Based on the true story of the remarkable friendship between legendary singer Patsy Cline and her devoted number one fan, the show is more than a musical tribute. It is a story about two women from very different worlds whose lives were forever changed by an unexpected friendship.

Their story began when Louise met Patsy after a performance. What followed was a friendship that continued through letters, telephone calls, and shared moments even as Patsy’s career carried her toward national fame. “‘Always … Patsy Cline’ is a story about much more than a famous singer,” said Toni D’Amico, Founder and Managing Director of Blue Fire Theatre. “At its heart, it is about friendship — the kind of friendship that can begin with one extraordinary meeting and become something that stays with you forever and leaves the deepest footprints on your heart. We are excited to share this beautiful story and Patsy’s music with our community.”

The production features 22 songs, including many of Patsy Cline’s most beloved hits. Bringing her unforgettable music and legacy to the stage, Jennifer Paulk takes on the role of Patsy Cline, capturing the warmth, humor, and spirit of the legendary singer while sharing the songs that made her a timeless icon. Denise Oravec, portraying Louise Seger, brings to life the heartfelt story of her extraordinary friendship with Patsy Cline to life on stage.
