U.S. Senate expected to confirm Judge Brian Davis for federal judgeship

Circuit Court Judge Brian Davis was expected to be confirmed by the senate on December 19, but no word has been received that the vote took place. This morning Florida U.S. Senator Bill Nelson spoke before the senate prior to the upcoming Senate vote.
