Friends of the Library is starting a new speaker’s series designed to inform and educate the community about the wide variety of agencies and services available. This series entitled “Who Ya’ Gonna Call” will be a round-table format featuring area experts who will address a different topic each month.
The first round-table in the series will focus on protective services with presentations by Chief of Police James T. Hurley, FB Fire Chief Ty Silcox, and Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper. Brief overviews of their respective agencies will be followed by a Q & A period.
