
The City of Fernandina Beach voters have cast their ballots and elected Johnny Miller to become its next city commissioner. Miller will be sworn into office at City Hall on Tuesday, December 17 at 5:00 p.m. He will replace commissioner and former mayor Arlene Filkoff who declined to seek reelection.
"I appreciate all the people who cast a vote for me in this election and want them to know that I will do my best to meet their expectations," says Miller. "I look forward to serving the people of Fernandina Beach and will continue to make our city a great place to live, work, and play."
