Subject: Kings Bay EC Progress Meeting Update (Renourishment)

The below information is forwarded:

1. Equipment and crews should start arriving about 13-15 January 2018

2. Equipment will access the beach via the Dolphin Avenue Lot. (Potential exists for the need to stage equipment in the Lot)

3. Pipe fusing will start at approximately North Beach Park and be relocated as work progresses. The area of fusing will require closing of the beach approximately 1000 feet. This will be from the dunes to the water line. EMERGENCY VEHICLES WILL BE ABLE TO TRAVERSE THE WORK AREA. Walkovers will be provided based on work area requirements and safety at existing beach access. We will be receiving diagrams next week defining approximate locations of piping and fusing stations.

4. Safety Fencing will be provided for any equipment staged or stored on the beach.

4. Updates will be provided as received.
