Repairs finished on Beach Access points 28 S and 30 S

Beach access 28 South is now opened.After closing a number of beach access points for repair, the City of Fernandina announced work is finished on access points 28 and 30 and they are opened. According to Mary Hamburg, public information officer, the boardwalks for 4N, 6N, 35S, and 40 have been removed pending re-installation, but are now available for access as "walk-thrus."
A walk-thru on North Fletcher. Repairs included replacing defective bolts as shown on access 28 S.
