Realigned, repaired Marina South Basin reopens today

Fernandina Beach City Commissioner Mike Lednovich provided the Fernandina Observer with a photo of the first boat to dock in the south basin of the Fernandina Harbor Marina since its closure due to damage from Hurricane Matthew in October 2016.
