Marilyn HartmanAccording to News4Jax, Marilyn Hartman is at it again; this time in Chicago. Hartman who flew to the Jacksonville Airport as a stowaway and then spent the night at Amelia Island's Omni Hotel under another guest's name, was ruled incompetent by Judge Wesley Poole on April 15, 2015.
