Neighbors Seek Review of RV Park Approval

On Tuesday, Pirates Bay residents filed a writ of certiorari requesting judicial review of the County Commissioner’s approval of the “Breakers RV Resort.” The Breakers RV Resort was approved to be built at the intersection of Sadler Road and Ryan Road.

In a release, the residents said, "Pirates Bay residents are not against development, but they are for sensible and safe development for all of Nassau County. This case affects all Nassau County residents."
