Sheriff Bill Leeper promoted three Nassau County deputies to sergeant
after the completion of the agency's first ever competitive exam for
sergeant. Jeremy Carter, Robin Patterson and Jeffrey Stull, II,
received their stripes at a ceremony at the Sheriff's Office on February
14, 2014.
