Nassau County "Service in Action" shows government cooperation with traffic cabinet wind test

This is the first video in our new series titled, "Service in Action". These videos will feature various activities and projects under the purview of the Board of County Commissioners.

This video shows a recent Traffic Cabinet Wind Load test that Nassau County Engineering Services assisted the Florida Department of Transportation with. FDOT has been looking at placing traffic control cabinets onto risers in flood prone areas. The wind test was conducted to see how the cabinets would withstand wind speeds when placed onto the riser.
