If you are stopped and told by a Law Enforcement Officer that it is temporarily unsafe to drive across the bridge, then traffic has been stopped until the hazardous conditions have passed, just like any time there is a hazard in the road. Obey local Law Enforcement Officers!

Tropical Storm Warning in effect for portions of NE FL, SE GA and SE GA waters. Wind Advisory in effect for St. Johns River Basin and NE FL coast. Locally higher winds over the St. Johns River and along the coast. Flood Watch is in effect for NE FL and SE GA. Widespread moderate flooding potential. Isolated tornadoes possible across the area into this evening. Small Craft Advisory over the NE FL waters
