The Nassau County Council on Aging (NCCOA) Caregivers Support Group will meet on Thursday, Nov. 21, from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m., at the Fernandina Beach Life Center, 1901 Island Walk Way, Fernandina Beach. The support group meeting will include a special presentation from 3:45 – 4:30 p.m., by Jan Carver, Board-Certified Elder Law Attorney. Her topic will be “Estate Planning and Advance Directives for Persons with Dementia,” followed by a question and answer session.

NCCOA’s Caregivers Support Group meets the third Thursday of each month. The overall goal of the group is to offer support and education for caregivers.
