Nassau County Attorney David Hallman dies

Nassau County Attorney David Hallman passed away this morning at Baptist Hospital in Jacksonville.  Hallman was hospitalized in early September and according to Circuit Court Judge Robert Foster was being treated  for lymphoma.  Hallman began his tenure as Nassau County Attorney in 2007.

In July of 2014, Hallman was recognized for the second time in a row by Florida Trend Magazine as one of the State's "Legal Elites." The recognition was awarded after a confidential vote from attorneys throughout the state.
