On January 10th, 2019 at 6:30pm, Nassau Alcohol Crime Drug Abatement Coalition (NACDAC), will be hosting an opioid/drug awareness town hall meeting that is free. The public are invited to hear facts regarding statistics in our county surrounding the use of opioids and other drugs currently on the rise.

There will be a panel to disseminate these facts and information with a question and answer at the end of the town hall meeting. Please do not miss a great opportunity to learn about what is going on in our county. Light refreshments will be served.

Part of the panel includes our volunteer medical director, Penny Zeigler, Captain Michael Coy from the Florida National Guard, Nassau County sheriff representation, as well as a recovery story.

Please RSVP to this event to ensure adequate snacks and beverages are available. Please call (904) 277-3699 to RSVP, or email rachelstokes@nacdac.com.

This event is free to the public and community. Please come out and learn about the issues surrounding our community!
