2025 marks the 60th anniversary of the Amelia Island Shrimp Festival. What began as a gathering of local shrimpers to celebrate their passion and industry has grown into a beloved community event celebrating shrimp — and so much more!

Join Kristin Huben, Riverfront and Heritage Director of the Shrimp Festival, as she explores the working history of this local legacy event.
