Carissa Lynn Sheen was reported missing on April 24, 2014. She was last seen by her family on April 11, 2014 on Cashenwood Drive in Fernandina Beach.

Carissa has been reported missing in the past. There is some concern that she is depressed over the loss of her brother last year. She also has not taken medication prescribed for her to treat issues relating to Schizophrenia. She has black hair but has been known to dye it blonde, green and other colors.

As of today, Carissa is still missing. She is believed to have been seen in the area of Union County on April 25th but no other information has been obtained concerning her whereabouts. If anyone has any information on Carissa, please contact Sergeant Chad Lee at 904-310-3215.
