Large Ship to enter the Port of Fernandina to arrive the evening of July 3

After dodging Atlantic storms and delaying an earlier scheduled arrival at the Port of Fernandina, the bulk carrier "Owl" is now headed north up the coast of Florida with an expected arrival in Fernandina during the evening of Tuesday, July 3.  The harbor pilot is expected to meet the ship and navigate it through the harbor at 8 p.m. and dockage is scheduled  by 10 p.m.

The ship can be followed as it travels up the coast by clicking here and then minimizing screen button on the right.  It is currently off the coast of Pompano Beach.
