Kinder Morgan donated $5,000 to Boys and Girls Clubs of Nassau County Foundation. The donation supports the nonprofit’s efforts to continue enabling local youth to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
“Kinder Morgan is committed to the healthy growth and education for children in our community,” said Allen Fore, vice president of public affairs of Kinder Morgan. “The best investment we can make is the one that benefits the future generations to drive our country forward. Knowing that we are participants in the process which helps youth to become successful adults is a rewarding feeling for everyone in Kinder Morgan.”
This donation will help keep the clubs and programs offered by Boys and Girls Clubs of Nassau County Foundation operating smoothly throughout the year, including the Miller Freedom Center, Roberts Learning and Achievement Center, Tipping The Scale teen program, special programs and summer camp. Nassau Clubs service over 330 youth daily ages 6-18 while experiencing continued growth in membership now at 600.
