Judge Brian Davis confirmed by U. S. Senate for federal judgeship

Judge Brian DavisJust minutes ago, the U. S. Senate confirmed Judge Brian Davis' appointment to serve as a U.S. District Judge from the Middle District of Florida. Both Florida Senators Bill Nelson, and Marco Rubio voted in the affirmative. The final vote was 68 for and 26 against the nomination.
