Jacksonville.com reports imprisoned Kessler arrested for murder of Joleen Cummings near death

According to Jacksonville.com, Kessler, "arrested almost two years ago in the disappearance and presumed death of a Nassau County co-worker is near death herself following a 56-day hunger strike, according to court records obtained by news partner First Coast News." For complete story click here.
