Tim Fillmon of Webster, Florida, once did a Florida state study to catalogue all of the state's historical markers.  Now, he is in the business of fixing and refurbishing existing markers.

The Duncan Lamont Clinch Historical Society reached out to Fillman for help. Not only was the Fairbanks' marker in need of painting, but to complicate matters, the base support was failing.  The marker was placed by the Duncan Lamont Clinch Historical Society in 1964.

Nice job Tim Fillmon!
