Halloween Happiness on Centre Street . . .

Centre Street was bustling with early morning trick or treaters from Southside Elementary, Early Impressions, St. Michael's, Lamb's Daycare and a few individual scattered in between. Merchants stood outside to greet them and hand out treats.
Happy Halloween to all from your roving reporter and be safe.
