The 2025 Preservation on Main Street (POMS) conference will be held July 14-17 in Fernandina Beach. The conference highlights the link between economic revitalization and historic preservation through Main Street organizations and preservationists.

The POMS Conference is held annually in Florida and attended by small business owners, community leaders, architects, planners, and Main Street organizations to exchange ideas and learn about downtown revitalization.

This year's sessions include historic restoration, trends in historic preservation, tourism, architecture, AI and marketing, social media, grant writing, and event planning. More than 250 attendees are expected to participate in this year's conference, which offers nearly 50 educational and training sessions to choose from.

The conference ends with an awards banquet that recognizes the remarkable achievements in historic preservation and commercial revitalization through Florida Main Street programs.
