This vehicle, a 2003 Limited Edition Mercury Marauder, was donated to the Fernandina Beach Police Department by Jack Heard of Oxley-Heard. Mr. Heard rode in the homecoming parade  with School Resource Officer Al Smith during a debut of the new School Resource Officer car.
