Fernandina Beach City Commission approves settlement of water impact fee suit

At its November 18, 2014 Regular Meeting, the Fernandina Beach City Commission (FBCC) unanimously approved proposed settlement to the long-running legal battle over the city’s imposition of water impact fees.  (See previous FO articles authored by Adam Kaufman).  There was no discussion.  The background statement to the agenda item, prepared by City Attorney Tammi Bach, appears below.
