During February 2015, the city surveyed 242 building permits with a total valuation of $1.252M. This activity brought in $156K in fees for the city. Permits were issued for 9 new buildings. Permit activity was slightly up over January, and up in comparison to February 2014, when the city surveyed 199 permits (only 2 new buildings), resulting in $76K in permit revenue.
