The City of Fernandina Beach today released Fender Marine Construction’s work plan for repairing the Fernandina Beach Harbor Marina, which has basically been out of commission since Hurricane Matthew’s visit in October 2016.
City Manager Dale Martin reports that he is anticipating receipt of the permit via the Army Corps of Engineers 408 process sometime this week.
