The Fernandina Observer welcomes the following businesses newly licensed to operate in our city last month:

During February 2016, the city surveyed 294 permits, 51 more than the same period in 2015. This activity brought the city $173,821 in fees. Permits were issued for 12 new buildings, 3 more than February 2015.
