Are you confused about what to recycle? Ask the experts! On March 17, Fernandina Beach City Commissioners along with local media, will tour the Republic Services Recyling Center, a state of the art facility located on Imerson Road in Jacksonville. A representative from the Fernandina Observer will be there and she will present your questions to our tour guides. To submit your questions simply email susan@fernandinaobserver.com
