City police receive training on the importance of mental well being

A HUGE THANKS to Dr. Tina Jaeckle for taking the time to discuss with our officers the importance of their mental well being in dealing with the stresses of police work. Dr. Jaeckle spent Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon speaking with all of our officers about cumulative career stress, personal relationships, the police culture and other topics that will help them better understand their response to career and personal issues.
