City of Fernandina Beach welcomes new Building Official

Meet the City's new Building Director, Jimmy Parr! Jimmy comes to us from Savannah, Georgia. He has a Contractors License in several states, an International Code License, and was the Building Official in Effingham County before making the move to Fernandina Beach.

Jimmy likes the three F's: food, fishing, and football (go Dawgs!). He has three children and two grandbabies.

We are excited to welcome him to the team!
