Congratulations to James Branch on his promotion to Parks Foreman. James has worked with the City for five years. He’s been part of the streets and water departments, but his favorite place is where it starts- in parks! When not at work, James enjoys routing on the Jaguars, spending time with his wife and three kids, or enjoying Fernandina’s beautiful beaches. ☺️[/caption]
