City of Fernandina Beach Parks and Rec home to Fernandina Kayak Club

On Saturday August 25, members of the Fernandina Beach Kayak Club left the Dee Bartels Boat Ramp and padded to Tiger Island.  Monthly paddles, normally 2 - 3 hours in length take participants to locations throughout the area. The trips generally take advantage of favorable tides.  All skill levels are welcome to participate.

Every third trip launches from Kayak Amelia, allowing individuals without kayaks to rent equipment.  Further information is available through the city website (Click Here).
