Mayor James Antun read a proclamation recognizing Deputy Chief of Police David Bishop upon his retirement following 40 years of dedicated service to the city of Fernandina Beach at Tuesday's City Commission meeting.
Deputy Chief Bishop retires on Oct. 31, 2025.
