Change in hours for Utility Billing Dept.

City of Fernandina Beach Manager Dale Martin has advised that due to training associated with the City’s transition to new software, Utility Billing customer service hours are being reduced, with the office closing at 4:00 PM instead of 5:00 PM. The revised hours will remain in effect until April, 2018.
