Centre Street's Chandlery Building gets face lift

Scaffolding surrounds Centre Street's Chandlery Building at the corner of Centre and North 2nd Streets in preparation for window replacement on the 1876 three story structure. The project is expected to be completed prior to the Shrimp Festival scheduled for the first weekend in May.
