Board of County Commissioners recognize employees years of service

Ormond Ford retires after 31 years of service.

As is now customary on a monthly basis, at the December 18, 2019 meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, County Attorney/County Manager Mike Mullin recognized County employees with 20+ years of service.

While all were not in attendance, this month, the following individuals were commended:

Wade Harris (Road Department), 34 years

Edward McLarty (Fire/Rescue), 32 years

Jeff Little (Facilities Maintenance), 31 years

James Casteel (Fire/Rescue), 24 years

Anthony Hamilton (Road Department), 23 years

Robert Patton (Fire/Rescue), 23 years

Kelly Mulder (Fire/Rescue), 22 years

William Griffin (Fire/Rescue), 22 years

Daniel Barnes (Facilities Maintenance), 21 years

Ronald Murphy (Fire/Rescue), 20 years

In addition, the BOCC overwhelming approved a resolution honoring Ormond Ford on his retirement after 31 years.
