Another sign has been added at City of Fernandina Beach ocean-side parks. A "Notice" now appears alerting beach goers to discourage the use of balloons, since balloons and sea turtles don't mix.Vice-Mayor Kreger said he "anticipates a Resolution supporting the program at the 5 Dec 2016 City Commission meeting and potential implementation of the program by Nassau County. Now the work starts of including the information in outreach and education programs."
