Editor's Note: "Frank Quigley retired to Fernandina Beach in 2016 with his wife Julie. Both are third-generation native Floridians and UF graduates, yet raised their family in Scarsdale, New York. He was a senior executive with Manhattan-based media companies including The Economist Group/Americas, Thomson-Reuters Financial Media and Ziff-Davis. He was President & CEO of CFO Publishing LLC, and President of Source Media Securities Group. His career began with Florida Trend magazine. Julie was an active Scarsdale community leader for many years in addition to her career as a real estate professional. These days she enjoys quilting and he fishes on local waters as often as he can."
