Snowy Egret on Egans CreekEditor's Note: Jim Ekstrom came to Fernandina Beach a year ago from Exeter, New Hampshire after ending a 40 plus year teaching career as a biology teacher in the secondary schools. Jim and his wife Rosalind, a Pilates instructor, enjoy kayaking, hiking, and taking RV trips to the southeast. Jim's particular interest is nature photography. He is a member of the Island Art Association.

Three of Tim’s Master Digital Island Sunrise Prints will be auctioned today at Sliders Seaside Grill to benefit the Wounded Warriors Project. They are not available for sale in any outlet and makes this is the only place they have been offered for sale to the public.
